You can cancel your subscription at any time — no notice period, no reason needed. Cancel from your dashboard at login.soltecsol.com or directly in your PayPal account (under Subscriptions).
After cancelling, your access and remaining generations continue until the end of your current paid billing period. You are simply not charged again. Access ends when the paid period ends.
Payments already made are not refunded. This applies to all plans and billing cycles. Exception: if a verified technical failure on our side made the service unusable for you, contact us via the contact form — we review such cases individually and may issue a goodwill refund at our discretion.
Plyvo is a digital service that begins immediately after purchase. By subscribing, you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that you thereby lose your 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law once the service has started.
A cancelled PayPal subscription cannot be resumed (PayPal rule). You can subscribe again at any time — sign in with your existing account and choose a plan from the Pricing page. Please do not create a new account for this.
